Wrapping up another week at QP Group, our best yet. Something that really stood out to me over the past few days is just how quickly momentum compounds when you have the right people around you. Not just in terms of deals, interviews or new searches (although it’s been another busy one) - but in the way we all share ideas, push standards and bring different strengths to the table. What’s made this week so good hasn’t just been the activity or the impressive numbers put up, it’s the consistency across the team and the hunger for more.
