Cruxx has been engaged on a Multi-Search Retained Partnership to deliver seven critical hires spanning engineering, clinical and commercial. Surgical robotics and MIS in Iberia is about to jump up a weight class, and I’m partnering with an excellent company to build the team that is going to make it happen. This isn’t a small expansion. These are hands-on roles inside the OR, supporting installations, first cases, surgeon training and uptime of new robotic platforms. The commercial positions require people with deep regional networks, maturity around hospital decision makers and a track record of navigating tenders, KOLs and clinical pathways. If you know your region, understand robotics or advanced technology sales, and can operate at a high strategic level, you will thrive here. Our client has built an excellent culture.
