So true Sean!!! Maintenance is the one team everyone relies on but rarely sees until something goes wrong. When everything is running smoothly, nobody notices but that “smooth” is only reason!!!! And as a roofer, I can relate with them... nobody thinks about the ROOF until it leaks. When everything is perfect, it’s invisible. When something fails, it’s suddenly the biggest emergency in the building. Same pressure, same quiet expectations, same lack of recognition... yet, we're here to serve! Let's get it 👍 🙏 👊
