The Middle East data center market is maturing fast. Large facilities accounted for 40.29% of capacity in 2024, while massive campuses are accelerating at a 17.03% CAGR through 2030. Tier III continues to dominate with a 67.72% share, but Tier IV is scaling quickly at 16.91% CAGR. Colocation remains dominant, representing 99.15% of deployed capacity, as edge deployments grow at 16.82% CAGR. IT and telecom still lead demand at 55.74%, while BFSI is the fastest-growing end user at 17.84% CAGR.
