This week our 4th Global Connect Development Programme took place in London uniting 40+ senior associates from our AG offices and across our Global Connect network for a 2-day learning and networking event. This year we had a standout international cohort, welcoming associates from all major economies and including those travelling far from South Africa, India, Ghana, Brazil, Italy, Australia, Canada, Serbia, Lithuania and other countries, as well as Associates from our own network of international offices. The course, led by our Learning & Development team, equips attendees with the key skills needed to progress their careers further, with topics including leadership, business development, and commercial acumen. Including a mixture of self-directed sessions, practical activities, and numerous networking opportunities our cohort were able to build their own personal networks, sharing insights and experiences from their own jurisdictions.
