📣 Last week, Aegon hosted Pulse 2025–2026, our group-wide leadership program designed to develop our next generation of senior leaders. 🌍 Held in a historic castle in the Netherlands, the event brought together cross-cultural and cross-generational talent in an environment that fostered learning, collaboration, and growth, promoting a culture of agile, inclusive, and inspiring leadership. Seeking to encourage a shared leadership and the exploration of new ideas, challenging traditional approaches to help drive the company toward its global strategic goals. 💡 This was achieved through a series of sessions that brought together leaders committed to the high performance of their teams and driving the company's growth and transformation.
