Sage Care raises $20M to automate healthcare triage and scheduling with AI

Repeat founders Justin Ho, Dr. Caesar Djavaherian, and Chris Blumenberg are applying lessons from Uber, Carbon Health, and Apple to one of healthcare’s most entrenched inefficiencies: patient routing. Their company, Sage Care, raised $20 million to scale an AI platform that automates the front office of care - triage, matching, and scheduling. The company’s system is already being deployed by Bronson Healthcare and White Plains Hospital. Investors including Yosemite and General Catalyst are backing the effort to close the gap between patient demand and provider availability, a problem that drives significant waste across U.S. health systems.
