Last week, we participated in the #ACDMExchangeDubai organised by Altitudes Professional Services and hosted by Dubai Airports. In this event, experts, airports, airlines, and ANSPs got together to share experiences, best practices, not-so-good practices, and lessons learned in the implementation of #ACDM in all types of airports and from all perspectives, as well as the evolution of the ACDM concept into newer concepts such as AOP and other TAM-related initiatives. Our principal, Vladimir Coca, participated in the Panel Discussion about the pros and cons of outsourcing the support to implement ACDM Vs opting to implement the concept with internal resources, together with Altitudes General Manager, Gerardo D., and Airport Intelligence expert Dries Decloedt.
