Support staff and support technologies, always consistent, always there. That helps, but also, you know, evolving with the times as as we move on, there's going to be new elements to the up the technology options that we have, you know, making use of this. Certainly the program we use to document and track all of our information and share with guests, that has to be updated all the time and we have to make sure we train people to maximize the use of that because it makes our lives a lot easier, especially with the amount of volume that's coming in.
