Previously, before it coming to innovation, I was already interested in full stack development. I'd like side projects dedicated to entirely full stack apps and like pulling things out and like like Node JS, for example, and Swift. And for that reason, when I saw like this, this internship doing like full stack development, like stuff in the cloud, like AWS specifically, which I also had previous previous experience in, I decided this is like the perfect internship for me. It is how easy it is to reach out to people. Like the other day we were struggling with setting up our back end with being stuck in a WS. And we reached out to our PO and we just wrote a small message. And then in the evening, she had all these scheduled a meeting with someone who was working on animation, was like an expert in the field to like reach out, like set up a meeting and then go ahead and help us set it up. And he's been pretty consistent with us. I think what surprised me the most. Just sort of how kind of connected everyone is. I feel like when I was working here, like all the employees and people that I met like made an effort to get to know me and they all seem to know each other, especially those who like worked at the office together from like the CEO to like someone who is just like doing technical work. It's like they all sort of knew each other and had a really nice community, which I thought was really cool. Some technologies that I've learned to use during my internship with the hackathon and our and our personal project as a team have been things a lot of things to do with Eddie Virus, but primarily our stack is consisted of React, Python, specifically Flask and Axios, and especially things like S3, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk. SQS and honestly, everything under the sun with a WS has been something that we've been really, really been focusing on throughout the internship. I'd say I grew the most in my technical ability. I think as far as school goes, it does help with like a lot of the soft skills of like a working with other students, like being on time, hitting deadlines. But as far as the like, OK, now we're going to build a full stack application. That's something that's a little bit more uncommon. So I guess the combination of those two things is pretty unique. Definitely like learning to work with other people in terms of. Like a broader scale project versus just like in school for one or two like assignments. Like it was definitely like a more long term basis. So you have to like keep track of like and manage responsibilities a lot better. Probably communication. I feel like having everyone. Talking and everyone is being able to openly communicate really help me out. I would definitely say my PO was incredibly involved. She was able to give me a lot of guidance and direction in how the project should be set up, how we should be going about certain things, connecting me with resources that I needed. She was always responsive and available and even if it took a little bit, it was not. It never took too long and I always knew I had her to ask any questions. So I think this entire internship has been. Very much a learning experience in a lot of ways, but I've had guidance throughout it and I've had really helpful, sweet people along with my mentor and along with Tom and the intern leads. So my mentor, product owner and product team, they all were extremely supportive. They're always there for me. And made me feel like even though the intern program was very free and very open, it also felt like I had a lot of guidance, a lot of support, so I never felt like I was lost or alone. Yeah, I would definitely recommend it. I learned so much from this and I met so many people that I really could connect with and understand. And I think that I'm gonna leave this internship with a lot more knowledge. It provided meaningful technology or technical experience for someone to learn on everything they they would want to know in terms of software development and the company culture and the way that every single person in the office treated you was just a joy to be around.
