I’m honored to share that I’ve been promoted to Managing Director at Sherwood Partners, Inc., just a few years after joining the firm. Huge thanks to Michael Maidy and Martin Pichinson for their belief in me and for the invaluable experience they’ve given me at Sherwood. After co-founding and helping grow Dang Foods, I found myself at a professional crossroads, armed with generalist startup skills but unsure where to apply them next. Meeting Marty at the Turnaround Management Association conference in Boston in 2022 was a turning point. That conversation led me to Sherwood, a boutique firm that has since become the perfect platform to apply what I learned in startups to the world of restructuring and distressed M&A. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege to work alongside incredible colleagues and help lenders, investors, founders, and boards navigate some of their most challenging moments, always with the goal of providing clarity and closure. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity and excited for what lies ahead. 🙏
