I am very proud to have worked to develop, with the Youth Segments Team, our Bank of Ireland Youth Mind and Money report. Just launched, this is an invaluable piece of research and supports the long- established financial literacy and wellbeing programmes we run in schools, Smart Start with Ollie for Primary and Money Smarts for Secondary. Not only is it rich in insights that allows us to understand how young people are feeling and thinking about a variety of topics, and what’s really important to them right now, it demonstrates we are listening and challenges us to deliver products and propositions that meet their needs, fuelling their ambition and helping them fund their freedom, enabling them to live their best lives.
