Finding reliable, efficient sub-contractors who won't cause cost overruns or delays. This is our opening. By positioning ourselves not just as executors, but as problem-solvers who can deliver complex finishes and structures reliably, we become invaluable to the EPC contractor. We mitigate their risk. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬: Stop just selling your work. Start solving the EPC contractor's problems of timeline, budget adherence, and quality assurance.
