Action. Hello Amed Frank voertuig and product. I have an object. Three years ago after graduating from incorporating the resell at UAB, I started with an internship at Haptic during my studies and then joined as a full time developer. I've now moved to the role of fullstack tech lead and project. Architecte adaptic �� the full tactiqued. And I'm responsible for the technical vision of a Ruby on Rails stack, but also of the technical growth of the developers as a product architect in the Incubator squad, which is a squad responsible for developing young innovative products until they reach maturity. I help our Project manager and Engineering manager with stating their insights and guidance in order to ensure that we build technically good, robust and scalable products. I really enjoy these two roles. Indeed, they allow me to keep learning, exploring and discovering new things. These form a key driver that gives me motivated over the years. I also love designing architectures when you need to take into account both the business needs but also the technical constraints in order to build a robust and scalable solution. Something else I really enjoy Applique is our team organization. Indeed, we work with the system of Chapters and Squads. As a developer, you will both be part of a Chapter and a Squad. A squad is an autonomous unit responsible for a given set of products. Each squad is composed of people with various expertise, such as project Manager. Designers and developers as squad can decide on how to organize themselves. For instance, most of all squads are using scrum with Sprint landings, standups and withdraws. But you can decide to use scan band for instance, or something else. Then you have a chapter that the other people from the same area of expertise such as front end, full stack or back end developers. These two dimensions are really exciting indeed. You work day-to-day with your squad towards a common goal in an autonomous way where everyone can bring ideas and insights to the table. Then you have a chapter that gives the general direction from a technical perspective across the whole company. This is also the place where we can have insightful discussions about tech related topics. Or where you can get some more support on technical issues. I really enjoy working with such a team where everyone is going to learn and evolve.
