Arbor Realty Trust’s Gene Kilgore, EVP, Structured Securitization, spoke at the Morningstar DBRS CRE Spotlight event in Manhattan on October 16, where he discussed innovative debt structures and Arbor’s first-of-its-kind build-to-rent (BTR) collateralized loan obligation (CLO). He shared how Arbor worked with J.P.
