Last week, we had the incredible honor of welcoming Olympic legend and Power of She Collective member Katie Ledecky to Athleta HQ for a live fireside chat with our CMO, Ilona Aman. In town to deliver the Stanford University Commencement Address, Katie joined us for a powerful conversation about what drives her both in and out of the pool. As the most decorated U.S. female Olympian in history, she spoke to the discipline that fuels her success — from early-morning training and lifelong goal-setting to mentorship and mental resilience — and the training partners and family who keep her grounded through it all. Katie reminded us that greatness isn’t just about gold medals, it’s about the work you put in, day after day.
