San Francisco, Microsoft Ignite. Forty of our experts on site. What a week it has been. At the heart of almost everything? The role of AI in digital transformation – with a clear ambition to help organisations unlock creativity and drive innovation. Two key takeaways for our experts were the introduction of Copilot for Business and Agent 365. Copilot for Business brings advanced capabilities—such as voice interaction and Agent Mode—directly into Microsoft 365 apps, enabling smaller organizations to work more efficiently while maintaining security and compliance. Agent 365, meanwhile, is Microsoft’s new governance platform for AI agents. It provides centralized oversight, risk-based access controls, and real-time monitoring, allowing businesses to deploy and manage AI agents with confidence and security. 🌟 Furthermore our team had plenty of reasons to celebrate: we were named Global Surface Reseller Partner of the Year, Act to Accelerate Security & Trust Partner in Germany, and our French colleagues received the Copilot Scale Award. 🌟 🔝 And speaking of Copilot: we recently achieved Microsoft’s specialisation in this area. It recognises our leadership in AI-driven business transformation and our expertise in deploying, advising on, and implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot.
