Bob Clark’s Post

Our large hyperscale data center team in Indiana just achieved an amazing accomplishment. We completed 2 million hours OSHA recordable free! What once seemed impossible is now a realistic goal at Clayco. When I started the company in 1984, recordable injuries were common on construction sites. But from day one, we committed to something different: a simple, bold idea that no one should get hurt on a Clayco job. This milestone isn’t just a number. It’s proof that safety and excellence can go hand in hand. We set a realistic goal for our industry and are grateful to everyone who made this vision real.

Incredible milestone - congratulations to the entire Clayco team! 🎉 Two million hours OSHA recordable-free isn’t just a number - it’s a reflection of a deep-rooted culture of safety, leadership accountability, and consistent operational excellence. As someone who works closely with construction businesses, I know how challenging (yet vital) it is to build systems that prioritize both people and performance. This kind of achievement sets a new standard for what’s possible in our industry. 👷🏽♂️🔧💡

2 million hours without a recordable — that’s elite. Culture like that doesn’t happen by chance. Congrats to the team for proving safety and productivity can actually coexist.

This is one of the BEST accomplishments a contracting firm can celebrate! Project wins are great but knowing your crew goes home safely every night is the biggest victory…

Clayco knows how to manage a safe worksite ! Top down communication makes it happen !

Proof that setting a clear goal and sticking to it really pays off Bob Clark
