Grateful to Cisco Leadership Gary Parmelee (VP, US Commercial Solutions Engineering), Chris Sipe (Senior Director, Solutions Engineering), and Rick Carlson (Director of Solutions Engineering Heartland Gulf) as well as my peer Solutions Engineering Leadership team in US Commercial Central Heartland Gulf (Cliff Jeffcoat Jeff Hanson Mark Meissner Eric Smith ) for the opportunity to meet in person together in Austin, TX for a week for our leadership team building offsite! Events included touring our NeoCloud partner 50 megawatt data center Cirrascale Cloud Services specializing in NVIDIA Blackwell, with existing B300 and H200 GPUs, and fully managed Cisco UCS GPU compute installations! What an amazing opportunity to share leadership experiences, establish team building and cultural development plans, and collaborate across the organization with some of the best and brightest Solutions Engineering Leaders at Cisco Systems!
