We were thrilled to host the Solar Devils ASU at Carvana HQ! ☀️ From solar-powered innovation to hands-on collaboration, the visit reminded us just how bright the future of engineering is. #CarvanaLife #ASU #SolarDevils #Innovation
Every step of the process was disorganized, misleading, and frustrating. Communication was poor, accountability was nonexistent, and customer service was unhelpful. After three failed experiences, I can confidently say I will never use Carvana again and strongly advise others to stay away.
Fabulous group of students! I was blown away by their presentation and dedication to their solar-powered vehicle build. These guys are going places ☀️🙌🏼
Glad I could come out and support. Excited to see what's in store for both Solar Devils and Carvana!

Super grateful for this opportunity! Huge thanks to everyone who made the event possible!
This is awesome! 🔱 ☀️
I am sending this message regarding a situation that I have with my purchase from Carvana, and the warranty issues I'm currently dealing with through Silver Rock. I'm hoping to get this situation resolved in the best way possible. I do apologize that it has come to this point, but I have no other option because I am not getting any results from either side. I was wondering if I could get a new vehicle replacement for my new purchased 2022 Jeep Renegade Latitude from carvana. It's been in 3 different mechanic shops 4 different times, and is about to be at the 4th shop. I have had my transmission replaced within the first week of owning it, now as it goes back and forth to multiple mechanic shops, nothing is getting repaired, and time is being waisted. I'm having to do all the calling for towing, and to talk to the shops, and explain everything over, and over while I'm at work. I don't have any diagnostic reports to go off of, yet, I keep getting told by Silver Rock to call and explain everything to all these shops, even though I'm not the mechanic that's worked on my vehicle, I'm not even a mechanic, or an employee of Silver Rock, I'm just a customer. So explain to me why I have to do all the work to get my vehicle repaired, when it's advertised that Silver Rock will make the process easier. Silver Rock even advertises that they will update the customer, so why do I have to call for updates, because I don't receive any information about my vehicle status unless I call Silver Rock. Both shops suggested that it needs to be seen by a Jeep dealership because they specialize with Jeeps, and it took Silver Rock multiple times to approve the request when it could have been handled correctly the first time. I just found out the reason why my vehicle that was certified by a 150 point check stop working, was due to a broken transmission ground strap, in addition to a broken bolt that was found wedge in the catalytic flange causing issues at 2,000 RPMs that I reported when I first purchased it, and I have a broken drive shaft that was known from the seller (Carvana), but the inspection was supposedly certified and clear to sell with no reports on the Carfax report that was shown through carvana. I am beyond frustrated, but that doesn't even truly describe how I feel. I am down to one vehicle trying to figure out how my wife and I can both get to work and take my kids where they need to go after school. I'm paying for a vehicle that I can't even drive, and has spent more time on a tow truck and with mechanics than I have. I am currently recovering from an injury, and will be going through my second surgery very soon and this is the last thing I want to deal with. I have about 10 days remaining on my 100 day warranty, and I feel like my repairs are purposely getting stalled so you guys can say sorry, but you are no longer covered. I'm told that if the claim is submitted before my warranty expires, I will be covered. Honestly, I truly DO NOT BELIEVE a word Carvana and Silver Rock says at this point. I even received an email saying that my tow reimbursement was denied from Silver Rock because it was paid in full already, I will show my bank statements proving that I have not received any type of payment. I have the exact date and time that I sent an email. I got the vehicle for about $22,000, and I am pretty sure all the repair costs are close to half of that amount. That's not a very good selling point. I'm half tempted to take legal actions, but I'm requesting for you to make it right by replacing it with a new vehicle for the same monthly payment, and to allow me to take it to a certified mechanic to properly inspect it, and for Carvana to pay for the inspection, because I don't trust Carvana and Silver Rock certified inspection at this point. I'm also waiting for Silver Rock to pay the jeep dealership the money that is owed to them, so they can send my Jeep to the other shop to replace a reported mechanical failure that was found. I'm not really sure what is next after that, the way everything is going, it will probably have to be towed to another shop to get the other repairs that have been found. I'm just looking to get this issue resolved, or for these two companies to do the right thing and fix my Jeep.
Moments like these truly show how education and industry can power the future together.
