Meet Megan R., once a new grad in Caterpillar’s Leadership and Technical Development Program and now a Senior Analytics Project Leader supporting Caterpillar’s Enterprise Strategy Division. In her current role, Megan combines her background in industrial engineering with a Master’s in Data Science to lead analytics for one of the key processes that enables cross-divisional collaboration to address roadblocks to growth for Caterpillar dealers. Her work empowers field teams with insights that strengthen dealer relationships and uncover new opportunities. Megan says, “I’ve held a wide variety of positions at Caterpillar – from entry-level planner in manufacturing to a senior analytics contributor for the enterprise.
