I have relied on your sales representatives’ presentation and arranged my cat’s immigration to Hong Kong on Aug 26, 2025 in compliance with every requirement I have been made aware of. This morning, on Aug 22, 2025, less than 4 days before my departure, sales representative informed that she will cancel my flight due to policy change. My cat’s life and my mental health are stake! He cannot be left alone on the streets of a foreign country because the cargo company just issues a last minute policy change!! It’s plain animal cruelty. Please help make things right. Now tell the truth have you been in any star rated restaurant that pre-prepares the food keeps it cold for hours and then reheats in a microwave? No you haven’t so why are you insulting the intelligence of passengers to make them think that you can serve it as well as on the ground? You cannot its impossible due to the laws of physics. Now you cannot its make good food and you do make some amazing food at 33000 feet. But less of this nonesence about it being star rated as on the ground…unless of course airlines or those administering them and their food preparation facilities actually have a rating system for airline food specifically. Ah ha then you can compete and be rated against all the others.
