CEO was honored to host Assemblymember Sharp-Collins, who championed the recent $10 million renewal of the California HIRE Initiative. During the visit, AM Sharp-Collins met with HIRE grantees from across Southern California and gained a deeper understanding of how this investment is equipping justice-impacted individuals with the critical resources needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. Great Stuff
One of my proudest career moments was leading the advocacy efforts that helped secure this $10M renewal especially in such a tight budget year. I’m grateful to have worked alongside incredible partners and to have supported the emergence of an amazing champion in Assemblymember Sharp-Collins. I’m excited to see how the HIRE Initiative will continue empowering justice-impacted Californians with the resources and opportunities they deserve!
