Week three of Young Leader Spotlight! The Cherry Central Young Leaders Program brings together rising professionals from each of our cooperative members to gain a deeper understanding of how our cooperative operates and thrives together. Over the course of 14 weeks, participants explore key areas including cooperative principles, finance, sales, marketing, and product development. Through interactive sessions with Cherry Central team members and member organizations, participants build connections, broaden their knowledge, and strengthen their appreciation for how collaboration across our cooperative drives shared success. Meet Lisa Herrewynen! Lisa is the Senior Manager of Sales, Marketing & Operations at Norfolk Fruit Growers/Schuyler Farms/Norfolk Cherry Company and has been with the organization for 6.5 years.
