Officially a Graduate of Medical Sales College! After 12 intensive weeks in Austin, Texas and over 440 hours of immersive training in Orthopedic Reconstruction, Extremities, and Trauma, I’m proud to share that I’ve officially graduated from Medical Sales College! This journey has been fast-paced, demanding, and transformational. We condensed a year’s worth of clinical, procedural, and sales knowledge into just three months — covering everything from total joint replacements and biologics to pathology, surgical protocols, and sales methodology. I had the opportunity to study under and learn from some of the most respected leaders in the industry. A huge thank you to Mark Weber, Chelsea Webster, Thiana Nebel, CTBS, Dan Darges, and so many others who poured their time and wisdom into us. I also want to take a moment to personally thank everyone I’ve connected with over the course of this program. Whether it was a Zoom call, LinkedIn message, or in-person guidance — your mentorship meant the world. Thank you to both Natasha King & Mark Weber for giving me the shot to join this program and chase a dream that’s personal to me. Thank you to Mark Weber for believing in me, encouraging me and opening the door to this opportunity. And thank you to my family, friends, and mentors — your encouragement through the highs and lows made this possible. This is just the beginning. I’m officially stepping into the medical device industry — ready to make an impact, serve surgeons and patients, and continue growing in this field I’ve come to love. I will be heading back to Birmingham, Alabama and I cannot wait for this next chapter. Let’s get to work!
