I've been at CIBC for 20 years. Through various roles, I've built expertise in risk management, data and analytics enablement, and program delivery. These experiences sharpened my leadership abilities and opened the door to join the technology team three years ago - a move that challenged me to learn, adapt, and lead in new ways. My path wasn't straightforward, and I believe that’s my strength. I haven't always been in tech, but that's what makes it exciting. Making the shift to technology meant embracing change, learning from my network, and collaborating to architect and deliver secure, efficient solutions. Now, I empower my team to enable our partners to protect the bank through innovative, agile solutions, leveraging data and AI. CIBC provides many opportunities to learn and grow. Across every role I've held, I've received incredible support from leadership. I'm grateful for my own journey, but even more grateful when I can shape that of others. My proudest moments are when I empower new talent to grow and succeed in our bank.
