🎉A big congratulations to our first-year Apprentices!🎉 Over the past couple of months, they completed their NCCER Core Certification (85 hours)—a cornerstone of their first year in our Cinterra Apprenticeship Program. This certification is more than a milestone; it’s the foundation their future training and careers will be built upon. From classroom instruction to on-site learning, these Apprentices are laying the groundwork to become the next generation of solar electricians and laborers. Next up: receiving their OSHA 10 certification cards in the weeks ahead.
