Cinterra’s Post

⚡ Employee Appreciation at Arroyo BESS ⚡ Our Arroyo BESS team in Harlingen, TX is proving what Cinterra is all about: resilience, precision, and results...reliability. ~70 Cinterra craft employees + management staff are driving a 233 MWH/day stand-alone battery system, in the Rio Grande Valley area, toward mechanical completion on 9/19—under budget, on schedule, and with an impeccable safety record (no recordables, no lost days). This crew has battled historic flooding and extreme heat, starting shifts at 2 AM and working through 115° days. Their performance is nothing short of outstanding. Big thanks to our partners at Mill Creek Renewables for joining us in celebrating the team with an employee appreciation lunch and raffle. And to Melissa Morales, our Site Administration Assistant—we’d be lost without you. Shoutout to leadership on the ground: 👷 Cole Tollett – PM 👷 Colten Danielewicz & Christian Lawver – APMs "This is one of the highest-performing field teams I’ve had the privilege to work alongside. Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it." - Derek Matheny, Director of Operations #TeamCinterra #BESS #BatteryStorage #CleanEnergy #SolarConstruction #SafetyFirst #EmployeeAppreciation #RioGrandeValley #MCR #PoweringTheGrid #OzPrinciples
