At the ceremony yesterday, we recognized Dave Pardo, our Operations Manager at Public Works for serving the city for 30...count 'em ..30 years! Dave takes care of so many things, oversees a large crew and is even the man behind our Arbor Day Giveaway event! Congratulations Dave!
