Hiring Salary: $34.17 - $43.55 (DOE) Salary Range: $34.17 - $52.94 FLSA Status: Exempt Position Type: Full-Time/Exempt, 40 hours a week POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating efforts of team members, and managing third-party contractors or consultants to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with organizational goals. Serving as the central point of contact for all IT projects at the City of Nampa, the IT Project Manager works under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer, with considerable autonomy to apply independent judgment and initiative. The role includes setting project objectives, maintaining quality standards throughout the project’s lifecycle, and facilitating clear, consistent communication among the Technology Oversight Committee (TOC), City Council, Directors, City employees, and external partners.
