In San Diego, Clark delivered Torrey View by Breakthrough Properties, a world-class commercial life sciences research campus spread over a 10-acre site. 🔬 The development consists of three core-and-shell life science research buildings, a tenant clubhouse, and a below-grade parking structure topped by open green spaces, native plants, and a pickleball court. High-end tenant amenity spaces include multiple dining venues, a fitness center, a shared conference center, and surfboard and bike storage. In Building C, Clark partnered with CRB, a general contractor and designer specializing in life science spaces, to perform a roughly 200,000-square-foot tenant build-out for the BD Biosciences group. The core-and-shell development is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification.
