As part of Inclusion Month at Comviva, we hosted a fireside chat featuring Sandhya Ramesh (She/ Her), Global Lead, DEI at Godrej Consumer Products, in conversation with our CHRO, Bhagwati Chhabbarwal Shetty, and moderated by Maithily Bhupatkar (She/Her). Held on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the session focused on translating inclusion from intent to action, across policies, leadership behaviors, hiring practices, and everyday interactions. A few powerful themes emerged: - Inclusion is a business strategy, not a standalone initiative - Leadership accountability matters - what gets measured, gets prioritized - Hiring for potential creates space for diversity to thrive - Allyship starts with ownership - not waiting for permission, but taking initiative The session reinforced a simple but essential idea: Inclusion is not about celebrating one day or one month, it’s about building a culture where everyone can belong, contribute, and lead.
