I would learn this one at Ivans. They called it factual erosions. The facts never get better with time. When you're working on an opinion on an issue, factual erosion, and sometimes you're really relying on other people to bring the facts to you. Bring the right facts to you. And I think some people wouldn't enjoy that. I actually love that. I think when we're at our very best, first of all, maybe the person comes to you and they don't ask you the right question. Part of my job is to help them see the broader landscape and to ask the right question. Our tax organization, you know, is like 8000 people. And I'm feel like I'm helping those 8000 people be better at what they do.
