Self-storage #REITs. What did we do without them? They have become central to our lives. CubeSmart understands this, which is why it has redefined what customer service looks like. From simple things, like referring to employees as "teammates," to complex initiatives, like digitizing the business, CubeSmart's "high touch" approach enables customers to engage with the company in whatever ways suit them best, whether digitally 🛜, in person 🤝, or a mix of both.
