Last week I spoke at a conference with over 5,000 agents in attendance. I was able to share a few things that I thought I'd share with you today: 1. No one will lie to you more than yourself. 2. How many people in your life actually encourage you? They may say 'great job'! That's congratulating you on something you did, not encouraging on what you are doing. 3. You are worthy, your dreams are worthy, and your family is worthy. They deserve your best. 4. Are you ready? Are you ready to change and grow?! If you are ready, then go get it. Go take what's yours. Just make sure to make a positive impact on others along the way!
