A confidential leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager (Traveling) to join their team. This role requires a strong background in managing large-scale electrical projects, preferably in the Data industry, with frequent travel to project sites nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities: ▪️Prepare and manage project schedules, including identifying long-lead items and updating plans as needed ▪️Negotiate and execute change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders ▪️Complete monthly project status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments ▪️Identify and recommend value engineering and scope reduction opportunities ▪️Ensure project safety plans are completed and communicated to project teams and subcontractors ▪️Assist with preconstruction efforts and manage the buy-out process ▪️Detect and address constructability issues with project designs ▪️Oversee adherence to contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds, and change orders Qualifications: ▪️Strong and stable employment history ▪️Demonstrated experience in electrical project management with a track record of successful delivery ▪️Excellent business acumen, judgment, and communication skills ▪️Proven leadership and client relations abilities ▪️Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making ▪️Adaptable and analytical with strong construction knowledge and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits: ▪️Competitive base salary ▪️Bonus program ▪️Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) ▪️401K with company match ▪️Per diem package If your background matches these qualifications, we look forward to connecting with you.
