In 2015 I decided to change my career and go back to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner… Cue the 2 years of online prerequisite classes, a cross country move, 2-year masters nursing program, followed by a 4-year doctoral program, lots of tears, laughs, STUDYING, intimidating clinical rotations, mean/nice patients, a global pandemic as a new nurse in the ER, forging lifelong bonds and friendships, and ultimately nurturing a passion I am so happy I discovered. THANK YOU to my friends and family who supported me through all of it. Proud to report after 8 long years… Dr. Denise Saenz, DNP/FNP-C at your service and ready for work!
