From Knowing to Growing, it’s the gap most organisations struggle to bridge. At today’s DigiHR meetup, HR leaders from across Indonesia came together to talk about something deeply relatable: Most organisations don’t struggle with a lack of knowledge, they struggle with helping people grow from it. Hearing top HR leaders share their experiences highlighted a simple truth: building a learning culture isn’t about adding more content. It’s about creating trust, habits and everyday behaviours that help people apply what they know. Representing Disprz, Andri Wijaya, Btari Anya Safira, Fijar Fouratama, and Joshua P. Silaban joined today’s conversations; listening, exchanging ideas and exploring how AI and modern learning tools can support the human side of growth rather than replace it.
