🥳 Employee Resource Networks (ERNs)—you know them, you love them, and now you get to see them celebrate their 2025 successes! 🎉 In October and November, Dollar Bank’s ERNs gathered in all markets to celebrate this year’s accomplishments. Our five unique groups—Diversity In Action, Rainbow Alliance, Do Support Women, doADAPT and We Got Your 6— provide an opportunity to connect with others across our organization. They foster professional growth, act as a key platform for discussions and promote learning from a variety of experiences. Whether it was dancing, laughing over some delicious food and drink or hitting golf balls right into next week, everyone knew how to have a good time.
