Join the Holt Brothers Construction and Durham County Government team for an outreach and information session for the Project BUILD renovation at the Shoppes of Hope Valley (3825 S. Roxboro Street, Suite 122) on Thursday, November 20 at 3:30 p.m. This project is the renovation office upfit of approximately 4,900 square feet in a previously occupied retail space. The new configuration will include private office space, cubicles, a conference room, break area and other supporting features. Trade partners will learn about the project, the various bid packages, and how small and local businesses can be pre-qualified to bid on the project.
