But it's not the only thing that matters. A retailer that gets cheap products but has inconsistent delivery? They lose customers. A retailer who gets quality products and reliable service? They grow. When they grow, we grow. We're not trying to be the cheapest. We're trying to be the most valuable. There's always someone willing to charge less. But there's not always someone willing to care more.
