This week's The Listing takes us to Toronto, Canada, to the city's most luxurious residential development to date. With completion expected for 2028, 138 Yorkville will rise 29 stories above the Annex neighborhood's Victorian and Edwardian-era homes and mansions. The tower will feature 65 residences, starting at CAD 10 million (approximately $7.5 million), including the so-called “Super Penthouse,” a 19,700-sq-ft masterpiece that will span two stories and include an indoor zen garden, private library, state-of-the-art theatre, and a private rooftop with infinity pool and an outdoor summer kitchen.
