What a memorable evening at Experian Bulgaria! Innovation starts with our people; their bold ideas and collaborative spirit are what set us apart. That’s why, for the very first time, we introduced the Beyond Better Awards, an initiative designed to celebrate the teams and individuals whose brightest ideas drive impact across our products, business, and customers. More than 100 colleagues were nominated by peers across Experian globally for their outstanding contributions. At a Gala Award Ceremony in Sofia, Bulgaria, we proudly recognized 32 individuals, in teams or individually, for their innovative use of AI, process and product improvements, along with our annual EmPower Champions, who lead the way in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence. And this is just the beginning. Beyond Better Awards is not a one-off event - it’s the start of a tradition. Because hard work and bright ideas deserve recognition every single day.
