I remember launching the customer service of Fabletics with only 10 CSRs. But I've always envisioned Fabletics to grow into a multi-million and even to a billion-dollar company. It's not a matter of "if" but just a matter of "when". The then "JustFab" group of companies was so generous to have each and every member of our team choose their own swag from the inventory for free. This is so the CSRs will have a personal experience of the brand. Immediately, I know that the brand will grow to one of the leading sportswear brand for women(Fabletics men launched a year later). So we made sure that we only provide the best customer experience so our members(that's what we call out subscribers) will stay with us for as long as possible, and have CSAT rate that's off the charts. In a matter of months, we grew from 10 CSRs to over a hundred making Fabletics one of the most unforgettable teams i handled as head of customer service operations for 15 yrs! More power to Fabletics! You changed a lot of lives for the better both inside and out of the United States! Much love to this brand! Fabletics' sucess comes from its commitment to quality of the product and service, as well as its genuine care for its members. ❤️
