Hey, Lauren, do you have a few minutes for an unscripted? Sure. Alright, let's go. Can you give me a bit of context about what we're doing here? So we're here in Atlanta at All Star Village for MLB All Star Weekend and we are here to enhance wishes for five wish kids that are attending and hoping also weekend. And we're actually bringing them tomorrow to the official store that you see downstairs here to go shopping. Awesome. And a few words. Can you tell us what you do here at Fanatics? Sure. So I'm on the Fanatics. FP team and my primary focus is our wonderful partnership with Mcclish America. What's your favorite thing about working at Fanatics? Uh, I would have to say working in sports because it doesn't get more fun than that, but also I get to work in sports and do really rewarding 1. How has working directly with children and their families affected your perspective on your role and its greater purpose? So it's really humbling, obviously, to see what these families and kids have gone through and continue to go through. I would say for all of us that gets to work on this partnership, it has such a deeper purpose to really bring joy to these kids and their families and to use the impact of sports to make these like moments. Can you share a moment during a wish granting event that has had a personal? I'm back on you. Ohh last year, uh, at the Super Bowl we met a Wiz kid named Johnny Hoffman and his family and we learned that Johnny actually has his own nonprofit where he donates blankets to kids in the tri-state area that are unfortunately sick in the hospital. So for our global volunteer day last year and this year, we had someone volunteer sites put together blankets for Johnny to distribute to the kids. It was really impactful to see that. Not only do we get to make their wishes come true, but we get to build these relationships with family and continue to do really good for them after the wish experience itself. What's your favorite project you've ever worked on at Fanatics? I will say, uh, WWE World WrestleMania, when we got to enhance wishes for those kids last year and this year, that was my first time ever stepping foot into the WWE space. Those fans are like no other and just seeing those kids come out to their own superstar entrances and giving them their own custom title belt was really amazing to see. What do habits have helped you succeed at Fanatics? I would say being able to adapt. Obviously as we all know working here, it's a fast-paced environment so just being able to adapt to that change. And 2nd, building really great relationships with colleagues and just we work with so many different teams across the org, so I think building those relationships is really important. What does relentlessly enhancing the fan experience mean to you and how do you bring that into your work? So I think it is. Presenting the most memorable, impactful experiences for these wish kids, we have to remember they aren't just kids that had unfortunate journey, they are fans themselves. So it's making sure that every experience that we created for them. It's just something that they walk away and never forgetting. Alright, last question. What's the best advice you've ever received? This is going to be cliche. I'm gonna go with just never be afraid to ask a question. Don't be afraid of someone in the room judging you because there's a very good chance that there's someone that has the same question that you do. And it's better to learn and know the answers rather than not knowing how to do something. Thanks, Lauren.
