NeighborWorks Home Partners and New Pathways are two organizations committed to supporting Minnesota families with missions rooted in strengthening communities and improving lives. Through a partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, First Bank & Trust was able to triple its financial impact, awarding grants to both organizations that help them expand the important services they offer in our communities.
