What this innovative FHT is doing to connect patients without a doctor. Check this out… 1. They go to the community e.g. the public library 2. Greet and talk to people 3. Identify peeps who are not attached to primary care 4. Match them with a doc < 3km to their house 5. Do all the background work for the clinic 6. Rinse & repeat Brilliant!
