With 14 years of experience in the IT industry, Ioana Berbece began her career in the automotive sector as a QA engineer, where she built a solid foundation in quality, process, and product reliability. As her expertise grew, she moved into web applications and gradually advanced into leadership roles: from QA Lead to Scrum Master, and now Project Manager, supporting our Delivery Manager in driving complex initiatives in the mobility domain.
