So as the receptionist at H&R Block, you will be the face of the office. They're welcoming into the office. You set the tone for that clients experience here at H&R Block, welcoming them in, explaining the process, sharing what we really are looking for as the journey continues at H&R Block. And we will scan all your documents in answering the telephone with a smile, ensuring that everybody just feels welcome coming to H&R Block like they're talking to a family member, somebody that they can. Us so just somebody who's energized, outbeat, happy and also can handle themselves under pressure because sometimes that phone is going to ring, people are going to be walking in a tax Pro is going to need you to scan a document. Something's going to need to be done. So you're going to have to be able to manage through that and really prioritize. So somebody who has great skills and prioritizing always a smile on the face and always walking with our clients and HR block.
