The Kinsey Lofts in Cincinnati, #Ohio, will transform an underutilized parking lot into a five-story housing development with 52 affordable rental units for older adults. The development will also include a community room with a full kitchen, a fitness center, and inviting outdoor spaces, with future residents benefiting from easy access to a bus line, grocery store, medical campus, and expansive green space. The developer, KINGSLEY + CO., utilized an IFF loan to acquire the lot and complete predevelopment activities on the site, and we're looking forward to celebrating the grand opening of the new apartments next year!
